Aspen ESH impressed in the 2024 New Zealand Warmblood foal classification tour scoring an Excellence award with a score of 80.5% in the dressage category.  

Assessor Mathias Warner remarked that he is a "true to type colt" and has "lots of harmony in body", "well set neck", "uphill canter" and "good ground covering walk".  

Apsen has inherited his dam's super temperament and is a very gentle, willing and sensible young horse.  While he was purpose bred for dressage, he has close relatives competing successfully internationally in eventing.
